More clarity on my topic!

Last week, I explored natural language processing and better understood the processes and applications of deep learning to help understand the topics I want to pursue this year in ISM 2. Furthermore, I explored the concepts of text style transfer and deep dive to understand transferred style strength, semantic preservation, and fluency. It was so interesting that we are currently developing methods to effectively mimic sample data text styles to give the same feel as human text!

I think I will look into this topic this week as I steer towards last year's path of deep learning!

As I reflect on my research, I currently feel that deep learning will be a better choice than reinforcement learning for me this year because of its more comprehensive range of applications in many fields. It has been more interesting to me than the other topics in my research, and I am very excited to continue my path in deep learning this year! I would also like to continue my search by focusing on a specific subfield of deep learning to have a deeper understanding of the possible implications of my projects in my Original Work. I also believe talking to professionals in the next couple of weeks will help me extend my reach and awareness to figure out the specifics of the subfields I want to use in deep learning this year!
